We Chicago artists and musicians consider the Iraq war a costly mistake. The greatest loss was lives.

MONA ABBOUD (lyrics & music) is an actress/singer/writer with a lengthy resume in varied entertainment mediums. Her novelty song, Pretty Little Dolly (Rhino) recorded live on The Tonight Show, is an established Christmas classic.

GERRY DIGNAN (vocals) has recently released his first CD, Harvest of Life – Songs of Hope & Celebration. Gerry sings traditional Irish folk songs, gospel, is a member of the Chicago Symphony Chorus and leads song & dance for the Jean Houston Mystery School.

LOUISE DIMICELI-MITRAN (vocals & guitar) is a music therapist in private practice in Chicago. She is a veteran performer, songwriter (Zoo Zoo Zoom for kids), co-owner of Mitran Mitran Music and leads drum circles with her company Rhythms Within.

AL JEWER (Flute) is an internationally acclaimed flute player, composer, record producer and owner of Laughing Cat Records. Al has released many CD's including Prairie Plain Song and most recently Two Trees with Andy Mitran.

ANDY MITRAN (Producer/Engineer) is co-owner of Mitran Mitran Music where he produces, composes and performs music for TV, film, radio & video. Andy spent 14 years as Professor Andy on WGN-TV's Bozo Show and recently released Two Trees with Al Jewer.

Cover (Greg Samata, SamataMason): The helmet and identification tags signify the fallen soldier. The inverted rifle with a bayonet signals a time for prayer, to pay tribute. The combat boots represent the final march of the last battle.
